Sometimes simplicity beholds most amazing dishes within. 'Ande wali Dal' a super quick and super easy dish for lazy days but with oodles of taste.

Recipe For Ande wali dal
Ingredients:
1) 1/2 cup boiled tur dal along with turmeric and salt
2) 2 scrambled eggs
3) 6-7 leaves of curry patta
4) Pinch of Asafetida
5) Salt to taste
6) 1/2 tsp zeera
7) 3 slited green chillies
8) 1 medium size onion chopped
9) 1 tbsp Oil for cooking
Method:
1) In a pan add oil and heat it.
2) Now add the curry leaves and zeera and let it splutter.
3) Add the chopped onions and fry it until onions become soft and golden.
4) Add the boiled dal and pour about 1 cup of warm water in it.
5) Let it simmer for 3 mins
6) Once it is done add the eggs and green chillies.
7) Add salt as per taste.
8) And your dal is ready to be served.
